Charles L. Repman, Jr. DOVER

Charles L. Repman, Jr., 95, entered into rest at 6:42 p.m. on Monday, June 25, 2018 at his home.  He was the loving husband of Mary L. (Kramlick) Repman.  The couple celebrated 74 years of marriage on April 21, 2018.

Born August 15, 1922 in York Haven, Charles was a son of Charles L. and Alverta M. (Sipe) Repman.

He graduated from Manchester High School in 1940 and was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.

Charles worked as a General Telephone maintenance man and previously, he was a mason.

He was a member of St. David's E.C. Church in Dover.

In addition to his wife, Charles is survived by two sons, Gregory J. Repman of Dover and Jeffrey Repman of Spring Grove; ten grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren; three brothers, Elwood Repman of Manchester, Larry Repman of Strinestown, and Lonnie Repman of Wellsville; and two sisters, Patricia Iacono of Dover and Brenda Mohr of Mount Wolf.  He was preceded in death by a son, Charles L. Repman III; two sisters, Gloria Smith and Loretta McClellan; and five brothers, Daniel Repman, Gerald Repman, Preston Repman, Gary Repman and Lawrence Repman.

Following cremation, relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a service to celebrate Charles' life at 11 AM on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at St. David's E.C. Church, 2411 Oakland Rd., Dover, where veteran's honors will be presented by the York County Veterans Honor Guard.  The visitation will follow.  Officiating will be his pastor, the Rev. N. Patrick Teaford.  Emig Funeral Home, Dover, is serving his family.
