Mary L. Browning DOVER

Mary L. Browning, 88, entered into rest at 11:45 p.m. on Friday, July 6, 2018 at Pleasant Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  She was the wife of the late Eldon R. Browning who passed away on January 27, 2018.  They were married 62 years.

Born December 4, 1929 in Fort Scott, KS, Mary was a daughter of the late Ralph and May B. (Jackson) Dunlap.

She was a homemaker and a member of Stillmeadow Church of the Nazarene.

Mary is survived by two sons, Wayne A. Browning and wife, Lori of Dover and Steven J. Browning and wife, Sue of Kearney, MO; five grandchildren, Whitney (Dustin) Steinhauser, Tyarra (Zach) Toomey, Travis Browning, Austin Browning and Hunter Browning; two great-grandchildren, Drake and Easton Steinhauser; and a special niece, Judy L. Howell and husband, Bill of Estes Park, CO. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Lorene Gramling and Linda K. McDaniel; and two brothers, James A. Dunlap and Jon Alan Dunlap.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Mary's funeral at 2 p.m. and the visitation from 1 to 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Emig Funeral Home, 47 N. Queen St., Dover. Burial will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, July 16, 2018 in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Officiating will be Pastor Kent Vandervort.
