Michael W. Eisenhour

THOMASVILLE – Michael W. Eisenhour, 72, entered into rest Saturday, September 12, 2026 at his home.

Born October 7, 1953 in Dover, he was a son of Wayne A. and Kathryn M. (Rentzel) Eisenhour.

Michael graduated in 1972 from Dover Area High School and was a self-employed general contractor.  He attended Celebration Community Church in Dillsburg where he was active with the Missions Team.  Michael went on numerous missions trips over a period of 31 years.  He also had over 30 years experience teaching with Release Time and more recently, Joy-El Bible Adventure.

Michael is survived by his three children, Angela B. Hinson of Fayetteville, NC, Daniel T. Eisenhour of Wilmington, IL and Michaela Mohn of Marietta; four grandchildren; a sister, Kathleen L. Eisenhart and husband, Ralph of Dover; three brothers, David A. Eisenhour, Randy A. Eisenhour and Brian E. Eisenhour and wife, Pamela, all of Dover; sister-in-law, Brenda Eisenhour of Wellsville; and numerous nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, James E. Eisenhour, Steven J. Eisenhour and Robert L. Eisenhour.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Michael's funeral at 10 a.m. and the viewing from 9 to 10 a.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at Celebration Community Church, 1048 S. Mountain Rd., Dillsburg.  Burial will take place at 2 p.m. in Bermudian Church Cemetery, 279 Bermudian Church Rd., East Berlin.  Officiating will be Pastor Mike Hammer.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Dover.
