DOVER, PA – Rayman I. Ally Jr., known as Jim to family and friends, entered into rest Monday afternoon, May 12, 2025 at his home in Dover, PA.

Born August 6, 1969 in Baltimore, MD, he was the eldest son of the late Rayman I. and Phyllis (Evelyn) Ally.

Jim graduated in 1987 from St. Paul's School and went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree from UMBC.  He was a social worker focused on helping young adults and the homeless.

Jim was an animal lover and devoted "dog dad" to his steadfast companion, Biscuit. He loved nothing better than hiking, exploring new cuisines and watching historical documentaries with his longtime girlfriend, Andrea.
