Richard L. Foulk

DOVER – Richard L. Foulk, 79, entered into rest at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at his home.  He was the loving husband of Alice M. (Hartshorn) Foulk.  The couple celebrated 30 years of marriage on May 7, 2018. Born October 15, 1939 in Lewistown, Richard was the son of the late Richard H. and Martha (Bramm) Foulk. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Richard worked on the dock for Roadway Express and later drove for Coca Cola. He was a member of Shiloh American Legion Post 791.  Richard enjoyed hunting and was a Philadelphia Eagles fan. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four daughters, Susan Soccio of Newport, Ellen Amspacker of Lewistown, Leah Link of Sterling, VA and Lisa Benner of McVeytown; a son, Richard Foulk of Duncannon; ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and three sisters, Barbara Lepley and LouAnn Yoder of Lewistown and Linda York of Erie. Services are private at the convenience of the family. Emig Funeral Home, Dover, is serving his family.
