DOVER – Barry L. Landis, 75, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at his home.

Born May 25, 1947 in York, Barry was a son of the late Nelson F. and Naomi M. (Herbst) Landis.

He owned and operated Barry’s Body Shop.

Barry enjoyed fishing and spending time on his old boat.

He is survived by his three children, Mark L. Landis and wife, Patricia, Tammy S. Shipley and Lisa M. Landis, all of Dover; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren with one on the way; and sister, Kathi Shortlidge of Dover.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Nelson “Pete” Landis, Jr., Butch Landis and Robert Landis.

Following cremation, services for Barry will be at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Dover.
