Belinda M. Meek

DOVER – Belinda M. Meek, 75, entered into rest on Monday, March 17, 2025 at her home.  She was the loving wife of Donald J. Meek.  The couple celebrated 53 years of marriage on October 16, 2024.

Born October 8, 1949 in Altoona, Belinda was a daughter of the late Louis and Helen (Carner) Rimbeck.

Belinda was a homemaker who enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and reading.  She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church in York.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Rebecca L. Meek and fiancé, Leniel Suero of Highspire; grandson, Jase Estep and wife, Andrea; and sister, Cathy Rimbeck of Bellwood.  She was preceded by her son, Brian J. Meek; brother, Louis “Butch” Rimbeck; and sister, Constance Walker.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 24, 2025 at St. Rose of Lima Church, 950 W. Market St., York with Father Celestine Nwakwuo, OP as celebrant.  There will be a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.  Burial will follow in Holy Saviour Cemetery, York.   Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Dover.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 2595 Interstate Dr., Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
