Beulah M. Williams
MANCHESTER – Beulah M. Williams, 86, entered into rest at 9:59 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026. She was the loving wife of the late James Williams and companion of the late John Brown.
Born September 1, 1939 in Boalsburg, Beulah was a daughter of the late John and Mabel (Miles) Borden.
She was a homemaker.
Beulah is survived by two sisters, Lois Watson of North Carolina and Pearl Clark of Tennessee; two brothers, Donald Ross of State College and Harry Ross of Tyrone; eight grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, companion and parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Pamela Lewis and Janice Williams; son, Kevin Williams; sister, Betty Walters; and brother, Jerry Ross.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Beulah’s funeral at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026 at Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 47 N. Queen St., Dover. Burial will follow in Salem Union Cemetery, Dover. Officiating will be the Rev. Bonnie J. Whittier, pastor of Christ UCC in Jefferson.
