Billy C. Bartram, Sr.

DOVER – Billy Charles Bartram, Sr. 72, entered into rest on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at his home. 

Born September 8, 1951 in Logan, WV, he was a son of the late Will C. and Ruby M. (Allen) Bartram.

Billy served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.  He retired from Harley Davidson and previously worked as a self-employed mechanic.

Billy is survived by his wife, Sharon K. Bartram of East Berlin; children, Rhonda Bartram and husband, David of Littlestown, Sandra Laughman and husband, Gregory of Dover and Billy Bartram, Jr. of East Berlin; four grandchildren, Justin, Ashley, Linsey and Nichole; two great grandchildren, Jace and Kaidyn; and six siblings.  He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Joshua.

Services for Billy will be private.  Burial will take place in East Berlin Union Cemetery in East Berlin.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc. in Dover.
