EAST BERLIN – Brian S. Crane, 66, entered into rest at 7:54 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at UPMC York Memorial.

Born May 26, 1957 in York, Brian was a son of the late Wilford P. and Mary E. (Hess) Crane.

He retired from United Defense where he worked as a sandblaster.

Brian enjoyed hunting, spending time with his family, especially his brothers, sister and grandson.

He is survived by his son, Joseph B. Crane and wife, Kerry of East Berlin; grandson, Levi Crane; companion, Michelle of East Berlin; two brothers, Jeffrey L. Crane of Wellsville and Rockie A. Crane of East Berlin; and sister, Ronda K. Holmes of East Berlin.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Brian’s graveside service at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 29, 2024 at Dover Union Cemetery, Municipal Road in Dover.  Officiating will be the Rev. Bonnie J. Whittier.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Dover.
