Charles R. Stone, Jr.

DOVER – Charles R. Stone, Jr., 62, entered into rest at 12:22 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at WellSpan York Hospital.

Born April 11, 1961 in York, Charles was a son of Audrey M. (Wolf) Stone of Manchester and the late Charles R. Stone.

He is also survived by his daughters, Ashley J. Stone of Mechanicsburg and Amy Jo Stone of Middletown; two grandsons, Christopher L. “CJ” Zivanovich, Jr. and Colin D. Brown; four sisters, Sharon M. Bankes of Manchester, Diana L. Morgan of Dover, Wendy L. Hilton of Boiling Springs and Lori A. Shirey of York; and three brothers, Randy L. Stone of York Haven, Richard Dubbs and Brian Dubbs, both of New Bloomfield.

Following cremation, relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the memorial service at 11 a.m. and the visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Cassel’s Community Church, 570 Cassel Rd., Manchester.  Officiating will be Pastor Lee Manuel.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Dover.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cassel’s Community Church, 570 Cassel Rd., Manchester, PA 17345.
