Clair G. Harro
LEWISBERRY – Clair G. Harro, 86, entered into rest Thursday morning, May 20, 2021 at his home. He was the loving husband of Faye (Hughes) Harro. The couple celebrated 62 years of marriage on September 20, 2020.
Born January 24, 1935 in Newberry Township, Clair was the son of the late Rev. Vance W. and Beulah M. (Myers) Harro.
He graduated from New Cumberland High School and had 29 years of service for Duplex Products.
Clair was a member of Rohlers Assembly of God in Dover and enjoyed farming, gardening and collecting chicken figurines.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children, Sharon Stoneberger and husband, Harold of Lewisberry, Clifford Harro and wife, Jodi of Annville, Clinton Harro and companion, Lynne of Lewisberry and Sheila Benner and husband, David of Middleburg; five grandchildren, Virginia Lazo(Douglas), Jesse Stoneberger(Kara), Ashley Boonstra(Nick), Jordan Harro and Ethan Harro; and eight great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Clair’s funeral at 11 a.m. and the viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Rohlers Assembly of God, 761 Rohlers Church Rd., Dover. Burial will follow in Tri-County Memorial Gardens in Lewisberry. Officiating will be his pastor, the Rev. Edward J. Rowand.
