Deborah E. Anderson
YORK – Deborah E. Anderson, 75, entered into rest at 11:10 p.m. on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at her home. She was the wife of the late Walter Anderson.
Born October 3, 1947 in Morristown, NJ, Deborah was a daughter of the late Robert S. and Ruth (Barrett) Bowser.
She graduated from West York High School in 1965 and enjoyed going to lunch with her former classmates once a month.
Deborah owned and operated, with her husband, D&W+2 Electronics in York.
She was a member of VFW Post 8951 in West York as well as the West York Block Watch.
Deborah is survived by her son, James R. Anderson of West York; her daughter, Jennifer S. Andujar and husband, Heriberto Andujar of West York; five grandchildren, Erica Anderson, Elijah Andujar, Avery Andujar, Jazmin Andujar and Eddie Andujar; a great grandson, Miles Patton; a sister, Barbara Quance of Holly Ridge, NC; and two brothers, Daniel Bowser of Windsor and David Bowser of York.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Deborah’s funeral at 2 p.m. and the viewing from 1 to 2 p.m. on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 47 N. Queen St., Dover. Burial will follow in Salem Union Cemetery, Dover. Officiating will be the Rev. Bonnie J. Whittier, pastor of Grace UCC in Hanover.
