Debra S. Billet

DOVER – Debra S. (Landis) Billet, 60, entered into rest at 4:54 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at UPMC Memorial in York.  She was the loving wife of Dennis L. Billet.  The couple celebrated 38 years of marriage on April 28, 2022.

Born June 20, 1962 in York, Debra was a daughter of Linda M. (Gillespie) Stauffer of Dover and the late Kenneth R. Landis and step-daughter of David E. Stauffer of Dover.

She graduated from York High School in 1980 and was a homemaker.

Debra was a cat lover and enjoyed flower gardening.  She also was an avid Michigan Wolverines football fan and enjoyed going to street rod car shows with her husband.

In addition to her husband, mother and step-father, Debra is survived by her brother, Thomas K. Landis of Dover.  She was preceded in death by her father and daughter, Heather Laraleigh Billet.

Following cremation, relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a time to celebrate Debra’s life from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at St. David’s E.C. Church, 2411 Oakland Road, Dover.  Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Dover, is serving her family.
