DOVER – Glenn W. Fetrow, 83, died at his home on September 16, 2021.  He was the loving husband of Mary J. (Freed) Fetrow whom he married 53 years ago on February 10, 1968.
 
Born June 20, 1938 in Dover, he was the son of the late Walter H. and Fairy E. (Harlacher) Fetrow.
 
Glenn retired in 1993 from Dover Area School District following 10 years of service in grounds and maintenance.  He retired in 2010 from trucking.
 
He was a 1957 graduate of Dover Area High School and was a member of Dover Bethany United Methodist Church.  He was a 62-year member of Dover Lions Club, serving one year as president and many years as secretary, and also a Melvin Jones Fellow.
 
He enjoyed camping, eating out and running errands for his three sons.
 
In addition to his wife, Glenn is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law: Timothy and Kimberly and their son, Jacob and his significant other, Brooke Bortner, Michael and Amy and their son and daughter, Dustin and his significant other, Brooke May, and Allison and her fiance, Jansen Strine, and Daniel and Jennifer and their son and daughters, Maxwell, Maya, Marleigh and Maci.
 
There will be a visitation with the family from 9 to 11 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Dover Bethany U.M. Church, 4510 Bull Rd., Dover.  Officiating will be his pastor, the Reverend Salvatore Buonocore. There will also be an opportunity to visit with the family following the service.  Burial will be private.  Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc. is serving his family.
