RED LION – Gloria J. Boyer, 87, entered into rest at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at her home.  She was the wife of the late Edward J. Boyer.
 
Born February 4, 1934 in York, Gloria was a daughter of the late Austin J. and Mabel M. (Keeney) Storm.
 
She was a homemaker.
 
Gloria attended First Assembly of God in York where she was a much loved Sunday School Teacher for over 50 years.
 
She is survived by two daughters, Jody A. Ritchey and husband, Larry of Dover and Jeanne L. Frank and husband, Ernie of Red Lion; three grandchildren, Tammy and her husband Allen Hogan, Timothy and his wife Christen Ritchey, and Melody and her husband Cory Antioho; 14 great grandchildren; a step grandchild; and two step great grandchildren.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister and four brothers.

Gloria loved Jesus with all of her heart. She has no more pain, only joy and is now resting in the arms of her Savior.
 
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Gloria’s funeral at 10 a.m. and the viewing from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 47 N. Queen St., Dover.  Burial will follow in Salem Union Cemetery, Dover.  Officiating will be the Rev. Kenneth Ross.
