Obituary

Gregory C. Lamparter

DOVER - Gregory Curtis Lamparter, 50, entered into rest at 11:32 a.m. on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at his home.  He was the loving husband of Lindy M. (Thomas) Lamparter.  The couple celebrated 15 years of marriage on July 21, 2022.

Born May 25, 1972 in York, Greg was a son of Curtis and Kathy (Wherley) Lamparter of Dover.

He graduated from Dover High School in 1990 and worked as a diesel mechanic for Keystone Trailer and New Oxford Mechanical and later, worked for Spangler & Boyer.  Greg was a member of East Berlin VFW Post 8896 and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

In addition to his wife and parents, Greg is survived by a daughter, Alyssa Webb and husband, Steven of Wrightsville; a step-daughter, Lilah Wilkins of San Antonio, TX; a grandson, Woodson; and two brothers, Chad Lamparter and wife, Natalie of Dover and Eric Lamparter and wife, Ann of Rowley, IA.

Following cremation, a celebration of life for Greg will be scheduled at a later date.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Dover.
