Hazel C. Strausbaugh

DOVER – Hazel C. Strausbaugh, 92, entered into rest at 12 p.m. on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at her home. She was the wife of the late Lloyd E. Strausbaugh.

Hazel was born on March 12, 1929 in Strinestown to the late Harry and Mabel Wire. She retired from Danskin.

Hazel loved the outdoors, thrift store shopping and going to market.

She is survived by her children, Norma Fetrow and husband, Lamar of Tennessee, Linda Holtzapple and husband, Lonnie of Dover and Terry Strausbaugh and wife, Jo of Florida; four granddaughters, Lisa Putney and husband, Brian of Tennessee, Lonnie Scutta and husband, Brian of Hanover, Vicki Sleeger and husband, Bill of York and Jill Brenneman and husband, Tracy of Dover; and six great grandchildren, Cody Scutta, Andy Bream, Colby Barnes, Lindsay Brenneman, Becca Sleeger and Rachel Sleeger. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Lloyd, Jr. and brothers, Henry and Howard.

At Hazel’s request, there will be no service.
