Helen L. Neeper

YORK – Helen L. (Colvin) Neeper, 93, of York, passed away, Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Inners Creek Dallastown.  She was the wife of the late Hugh E. Neeper who passed away  June 15, 2001.

Mrs. Neeper was born August 7, 1929, in Delta, PA and was the daughter of the late Ralph and Mary Ruth (Wise) Colvin.

Her passion of being a homemaker to her family was undeniable.  She was a member of Bryansville United Methodist Church in Delta, PA.

Mrs. Neeper is survived by her daughters, Eunice Krick of Brogue, PA, and Anita Wagaman and her husband Mitchel of Red Lion, PA; her son, Carl Neeper, and his wife Leslie of York; nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren, and her brothers, Gerald Colvin of York and Wilber Colvin of Windsor, Township.  She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Elwood Krick and grandson, Joshua Wagaman.

Her graveside service will begin at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at Bryansville, United Methodist Cemetery, 2325 Bryansville Road, Delta, PA.  Officiating at her service will be her pastor Reverend Donald Rowe.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Dover, PA.
