Howard F. Kelly

DOVER – Howard F. Kelly, 83, entered into rest at 9:59 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2024 at his home.  He was the husband of the late Patricia A. (Chappelle) Kelly.

Born February 15, 1941 in Elmira, NY, he was a son of the late Rev. Ronald and Frances (Bennett) Kelly, Sr.

Howard worked as a salesman for United Dairy Machinery Corporation for over 20 years.

He was an avid Dale Earnhardt fan and collector.  He loved sprint car racing.  He also enjoyed spending time outside taking care of his lawn.

Howard is survived by his children, Deborah A. Weary of Dover, Shaun P. Kelly of Dunkirk, NY, Stephanie A. Casey of York and Tammy L. Giauque of Washington; seven grandchildren, Jodi Deardorff, Brandon Weary, Justin Lucas, Cortny Lucas, Jordan Kelly, Shaun Kelly, Jr. and Jordan Basilio; twelve great grandchildren; three brothers, Earl Kelly, Rev. Ronald Kelly, Jr. and Richard Kelly; and sister, Beverly Roache.

Following cremation, relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a time of visitation from 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 47 N. Queen St., Dover.
