Mary Lynne Trostle

DOVER – Mary Lynne (Baublitz) Trostle, 69, entered into rest at her home on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.  She was the wife of the late Daniel D. Trostle, who died April 16, 2021.

Born July 5, 1955 in York, Mary was a daughter of the late Charles and Nancy (Rohrbaugh) Baublitz.

She graduated from Dover Area High School in 1973.  Mary was self-employed and a member of Shiloh American Legion Post 791.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, as well as her beloved pets.

Mary is survived by her children, Shawn Trostle and companion, Melissa Rodriguez of Dover and Jessica Reyes and husband, Toby of York; 12 grandchildren, Austin Hake, Cassidy Silar, Morgan and Kai Arnold, Makenzie and Chase Dedrick, Christian, Ayden and EllaRose Trostle, Manny and Daniel German and Mariah Reyes; and two great grandchildren, Sophia Amy Silar and Amiyali.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Amy Trostle and brother, Michael Baublitz.

Following cremation, services will be at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc. in Dover.
