Nancy Miller Obituary

Nancy J. Miller

DOVER – Nancy Jo (McCaslin) Miller, 75, entered into rest on Friday evening, March 11, 2022.  She was the loving wife of Gary L. Miller.

Born December 19, 1946 in Coudersport, she was a daughter of the late Leroy and Donaldine “Donna” (Erway) McCaslin of Ulysses.

Nancy was a 1964 graduate of Northern Potter High School and Olean, NY Business School.

She retired while working for United Natural Foods (UNFI).  Years ago, Nancy was part owner of Wrights Motel/Truck Stop and Restaurant and Antiques Shop in Coudersport, PA.  She was a 50 year member of the Pennsylvania Grand Chapter - Order of the Eastern Star.

Nancy enjoyed traveling, as well as family gatherings, especially when some of the four grandchildren would attend.  More recently, she was getting excited to see a new great grandbaby and another one on the way.  Nancy was the number one on family history and had a talent for making great greeting cards.

In addition to her husband, Nancy is survived by a son, Daryl Wright and wife, Shelly, of Coudersport; four grandchildren, Ashley Shepherd and husband, Shane, Gage Wright, Katelyn Davis and husband, Jacob and Brianna Erway; a great granddaughter, Elaina Grace Davis; four sisters, Linda Wilcox and husband, Thomas of Corning, NY, Sally Carpenter of Rural Hall, NC, Brenda Shank and husband, Greg, of Carlisle and Ronda Delps and husband, Bob of Stow, OH; and a brother, Jerry McCaslin and wife, Kathy of Ulysses.
