Norma J. Diehl

DOVER – Norma J. Diehl, 76, entered into rest Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at her home.

Born November 22, 1946 in York County, she was a daughter of the late Fred D. and Betty J. (Goodling) Keister.

Norma retired from York County Domestic Relations.

She is survived by three children, Lisa and husband, Alan, John and wife, MarySue and Shane and husband, Mark; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a sister, Joyce Murphy, wife of the late Peter; a brother, Gary Keister and wife, Mary; and several nieces and nephews.  Norma was loved by her family and friends and will be deeply missed. 

Following cremation, services for Norma will be private at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc. in Dover.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice, 205 Grandview Ave., Suite 304, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
