Pearl M. Hollerbush
DOVER – Pearl M. Hollerbush, 102, entered into rest at 1:30 a.m. on Friday, August 5, 2022 at ProMedica York North. She was the wife of the late Lester I. Hollerbush.
Born May 31, 1920 in York, Pearl was a daughter of the late Ivan and Lizzie (Neiman) Wallick.
She worked for Hershey Baking Company, Hake’s Grocery Store and Sweitzer’s Grocery Store, to name a few. Pearl was a member of Dover Bethany U.M. Church and Heritage Senior Center in Dover. She enjoyed going out to eat, socializing, singing and yodeling.
Pearl is survived by three children, Samuel R. Hollerbush, James E. Hollerbush and Lois A. Eckard, all of Dover; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and two great great grandsons. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Pearl’s viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. and the funeral at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Dover Bethany U.M. Church, 4510 Bull Rd., Dover. Burial will follow in Quickel Cemetery. Officiating will be her pastor, the Rev. Salvatore Buonocore. Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Dover, is serving her family.
