Raymond A. Kline, Jr.
DOVER – Raymond A. Kline, Jr., 87, entered into rest on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at his home. He was the loving husband of Darthy L. (Dravk) Kline. The couple celebrated 60 years of marriage on April 11, 2025.
Born August 10, 1938 in York, Raymond was a son of the late Raymond A. and Rosalia J. (Strausbaugh) Kline, Sr.
Raymond graduated from York Catholic High School in 1956. He retired in 2001 following 25 years of service for Keystone Weaving Mills, Inc. He also owned and operated Kline’s Radio & TV for 20 years in addition to working as an independent truck driver.
Raymond was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in York. He was also a member of the Victory Club, Viking Club, Shiloh American Legion Post 791 and Motor Menders Rod & Custom Car Club.
In addition to his wife, Raymond is survived by his three children, Donald E. Kline and fiancée, Karen Landis of Dover, Brenda L. Kline-Trimmer and husband, Gregory of Shiloh and Suzanne M. Beichner and husband, Kevin of Dover; six granddaughters, Yvonne, Tonya, Karlee, Jayda, Tiffany and Morgan; ten great grandchildren, Leo, Connor, Josephine, Gabriel, Layla, Kylee, Brody, Rowan, Asher and Bentley; sister, Sonia Rohrbaugh of York; and three brothers, James L. Kline(Karen) of CT, Robert J. Kline of SC and Thomas Kline(Brenda) of Hellam. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant daughter, Denise L. Kline; a brother, Stephen D. Kline; sister-in-law, Bonnie Kline; and brother-in-law, Dale Rohrbaugh.
Following cremation, relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral Mass at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at St. Rose of Lima Church, 950 W. Market St., York with Father Lawrence Nwabueze, OP as celebrant. Burial will be private in Holy Saviour Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Dover.
