Rebecca J. Leathery
DOVER – Rebecca J. Leathery, 74, entered into the arms of her Savior on Saturday morning, November 8, 2025 at her home. She was the loving wife of Wade A. Leathery. The couple celebrated 21 years of marriage on September 18, 2025.
Born March 4, 1951 in Hanover, Rebecca was a daughter of the late Gordon Harman and Lorraine (Bair) Harman Herrick.
She was a homemaker who lived for the Lord. Rebecca was a prayer warrior and she and her husband were members of Freedom Biker Church in York. She loved visiting the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
In addition to her husband, Rebecca is survived by her daughters, Christina Wildasin and companion Steve of Thomasville and Carrie Mudd and husband, Tim of Illinois; step-son, Christopher Leathery of Dover; grandchildren, Lilly and Braxtyn Leathery; step-grandchildren, Mason and Carter; two sisters, Wendy and Marjie; and three brothers, David, Fred and Jeff. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Dan.
Following cremation, relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a time of visitation to celebrate Rebecca’s life from 12 noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Freedom Biker Church, 2550 Pine Grove Rd., York. Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Dover.
