LEWISBERRY - Richard E. "Dick" Crone, Jr., 82, entered into rest at 12:26 p.m. on Thursday, February, 4, 2021 at UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg.

Born July 16, 1938 in York, Dick was a son of the late Richard E. and Minnie I. (Wolf) Crone, Sr.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran who worked as a showman entrepreneur and was previously employed by CertainTeed.  Dick was a member of Shiloh American Legion Post 791 and the Viking Athletic Association.  He enjoyed collecting antiques, especially bells.

Dick is survived by a son, Richard E. Crone III of York; a daughter, Sherri L. Cameron and husband, Jeffrey A. of Leander, TX; and his former wife, Mary Alice Green of York.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Dick's graveside service at approximately 11:30 - 11:45 a.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2021 in Salem Union Cemetery, 2705 W. Canal Rd., Dover, where veteran's honors will be presented by the York County Veterans Honor Guard.  Officiating will be the Rev. Bonnie J. Whittier, pastor of Grace U.C.C. in Hanover.  Emig Funeral Home, Dover, is serving his family.
