DOVER – Sandra Kay “Sandi” Staley, 60, entered into rest at 1:16 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at UPMC York Memorial.  She was the loving wife of E. Todd Staley.  The couple celebrated 4 years of marriage on August 13, 2023.

Born December 10, 1963 in Austin, MN, Sandi was a daughter of Carol J. (Mielke) Sheely of Dover and the late William C. Sheely.

She had been a district manager for Kay Bee Toys and later worked as a manager for Walmart, Target and Linens ‘N Things and had also worked for the District Court of York.

Sandi enjoyed participating in MS walks.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her son, Matthew Wentz; step-son, Tyler O. Staley; step-daughter, Kyleigh Staley; granddaughter, Willow Wren Welch; and brother, Charles “Chuck” Sheely.

Following cremation, there will be a celebration of life for Sandi at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Brookside Park Carousel Building, 4054 Fox Run Rd., Dover.
