Sharon L. Conley

DOVER – Sharon L. Conley, 74, entered into rest at 5:22 p.m. on Monday, October 18, 2021 at Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center. She was the loving wife of Dennis D. Conley. The couple celebrated 48 years of marriage on September 22, 2021.

Born April 7, 1947 in Key West, FL, she was a daughter of the late Chauncey and Mary R. (Boeckel) Gentzler.

Sharon graduated from Central York High School in 1965 and went on to earn her nursing degree. She worked as a cardiac and critical care nurse for a combined 41 years at Harrisburg Hospital, York Hospital and Hanover Hospital.

She was a member of AARP and AAA. Sharon enjoyed collecting teddy bears, reading and crossword puzzles.

Following cremation, services will be at the convenience of the family.
