Sue E. Anderson

FAYETTEVILLE – Sue E. Anderson, 79, entered into rest on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at her home.  She was the wife of the late Richard L. Anderson, Sr.

Born September 27, 1942 in Lewistown, Sue was a daughter of the late Joseph S. and Helen I. (Havice) Miller.

She retired in August of 2007 following 27 years of service for ManorCare North in York where she worked in housekeeping.

Sue was a member of Calvary U.M. Church in York.

She is survived by her son, Richard L. Anderson, Jr. and wife, Denise of Fayetteville; granddaughter, Lexi Anderson; and sister, Cheryl Zertuche of Lacey, WA.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Miller.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Sue’s funeral at 10:30 a.m. and the visitation from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 47 N. Queen St., Dover.  Burial will follow in Dover Bethany Cemetery.  Officiating will be the Reverend Bonnie J. Whittier, pastor of Grace U.C.C. in Hanover.
