Susan M. Bishop

DOVER – Susan M. (Kramlick) Bishop, 80, entered into rest Friday morning, May 3, 2024 at SpiriTrust Lutheran - The Village at Sprenkle Drive.  She was the loving wife of Floyd D. Bishop.  The couple celebrated 59 years of marriage on December 25, 2023.

Born December 11, 1943 in Dover Township, Susan was a daughter of the late George J. and Lucy I. (Spangler) Kramlick.

She graduated in 1962 from Dover High School and retired in 2008 from Shuman Heritage Printing Company.  Susan enjoyed flower gardening, painting and ceramics.  She was a fan of the artist, Bob Ross.

In addition to her husband, Susan is survived by her daughter, Brenda; three sisters, Delores Francis, Julia Cauler and Janet Trower; three brothers-in-law, Lloyd Jr., William and Kelsey Bishop; a sister-in-law, Romaine “Peggy” Bishop; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Repman, Gloria Moritz and E. Jane Lauer; and two brothers, George R. and Francis Kramlick.

Following cremation, interment will be private at the convenience of the family in Salem Union Cemetery, Dover.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Dover.
