DOVER – Traci A. Baniszeski, 53, entered into rest at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at her home.
Born March 20, 1970 in Reading, she was the daughter of Lee D. and A. Deborah (Sanders) Baniszeski of Dover.
Traci graduated in 1988 from Fleetwood Area High School where she was an active athlete. She went on to earn a bachelor's degree from Kutztown University and a Master’s of Business Administration and Management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California. Traci had 19 years of service for Starbuck's where she worked in a variety of positions including retail, manufacturing, and logistics over the years. Most recently, she worked as a lead in logistics at the York Roasting plant.
Traci cared a lot about people, always willing to help others. As a passionate dog lover she considered her dogs Jam and Cadbury her children. She loved life, good music, great books and especially a funny sitcom that caused her to laugh out loud. Her spirit was defined by her sense of humor. She also loved the water, regardless of whether she was at the beach or on a cruise. Traci’s true passion, besides her dogs, was cooking and baking.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Terrie L. Hulst of Dover.
Following cremation, interment will take place privately in Salem Union Cemetery, Dover. Arrangements have been entrusted to Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., Dover.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sebastian Foundation for Animal Rescue, 121 Ridgewood Ct., Columbia, PA 17512; or the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
