Wade A. Manspeaker
DOVER – Wade A. Manspeaker, 68, entered into rest on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at his home. He was the husband of the late Vanessa Ilene (Zinn) Manspeaker. They were married for 37 years.
Born February 9, 1954 in York, Wade was the son of the late Harold R. and Helen B. (Norris) Manspeaker.
He graduated from William Penn High School in 1972.
Wade had 25 years of service for C-P Flexible Packaging in York where he was a film purchaser.
He was a member of Prince Athletic Association and a life member of Spring Grove VFW Post 5265. Wade enjoyed golfing and traveling with his wife.
He is survived by his two daughters, Tricia I. Manspeaker of York and Kelly I. Allwein and husband, Douglas of Annville; two grandsons, Rodney and Mitchell Allwein; and two sisters, Linda Y. Stetter of Wilmington, DE and Carol L. Harrold of Spring Grove.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Wade’s viewing from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 47 N. Queen St., Dover. The service and burial in Salem Union Cemetery, Dover, will be private.
